Meet Michelle Maynard - Paralegal to Michael Hines and Office Manager
Michelle and Michael started working together in 2000 at Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association. When Michael decided to open his own practice in 2004, she made the decision to embark on this journey with him in 2005. Together they worked on growing the practice and putting together a professional team that brings experience, passion and dedication to every client and every case.
Michelle took a leave of absence from the firm in 2009 while her husband did contract work in Iraq and in 2013, she rejoined the Hines Law team to continue to work passionately on behalf of our clients.
She brings to the team over 10 years of hands on experience in family law and criminal law. Michelle has considerable skill and recognition in complex family law issues, discovery, and trial preparation. She also has the ability to understand and work with the often difficult emotional aspects of Family Law.
In addition to her experience and work in family law and criminal law, Michelle runs the day to day operations of the firm.
She resides with her husband and two daughters in Daytona Beach. She enjoys traveling, aviation and most of all, spending time with her family.
She is a commissioned Notary for the State of Florida.
